The inauguration of Brahma Kumaris Viraj Profiles Management Centre was done recently. The Management Centre is developed in association with Brahma Kumaris, the global spiritual movement working towards personal transformation and world renewal. The inauguration was done by Brahma Kumaris Vile parle subzone Director and Brahma Kumaris’ Business& Industry wing National Coordinator BK Yogini Didiji, Santacruz subzone Director BK Meeradidiji, Chairman and Managing Director, Viraj Profiles Ltd., Mr. Neeraj Kochhar, Executive Director of the company Pooja Mehra.

At this event were present Mr. TB Thakur Ji – President GR Engineering college and Chairman Chinmaya Mission BoisarTarapur, Mr.JanardanSankheji-  Chartered Engineer Architect and Vice Chairman of ChinmayaVidhyalaya, Mr MN VermaJi – DGM Tarapur Atomic Power Station and other dignitaries. This centre is widespread in 11 acres area in midst of nature near Warangade village in Boisar. Mr. Neeraj Kochhar shared, “The place is located close to our manufacturing plants so that our employees can come to the centre anytime to meditate and give some time to introspection and to work towards personal transformation. Especially during COVID 19 when people have endured lot many metal health issues, this is just an initiative to help and support them during these hard times.”

Mr Kochhar further added, “Meditation has been around for thousands of years, and researchers have documented its value in a variety of settings and applications. Mindfulness meditation in particular is proven to help reduce stress and anxiety and improves cognitive function. In fact the research shows that there is a direct link between the practice and positive workplace outcomes.”

Boisar is an industrial township with around 3000 industries. Brahma Kumaris have been doing programs in many of the leading industries in and around that area. Continual training programs are also been done in Viraj Industries by management faculties like Swaminathanbhai, EV Girishbhai, Jagdishbhai Shah, Dutta bhai, Business wing faculty BK Deepa ben and other Brahma Kumaris sisters.
