Assistagram is an Instagram marketing agency that helps people build their presence on Instagram. Our focus is on gaining real followers, not just vanity metrics. We believe that building real relationships is the key to success on Instagram. We use a few different methods to build our clients’ followings, including influencer marketing and viral content creation.
What values have guided your business?
Giving more than getting. After college I spent a year volunteering with World Relief, helping with refugee resettlement. The other volunteers and I had to live in the same conditions as those we served. It was amazing to see this community of people giving everything they had to support one another, even when they didn’t have very much. Our neighbors taught us how to cook and grow our own vegetable garden, just to help our small compensation go a little further. And they never asked for anything back. It’s a spirit I’ve brought with me to Assistagram. The more you give to others, the more you get back.
What’s the key to success in business?
Building relationships. It’s something I first realized when I went on the search for my birth mom. I spent a year in South Korea trying to find her before the adoption agency was finally able to connect us. That year made me realize how important our relationships are. Life really is about the people we bring into it, and business is no different. The time you spend building relationships really will determine your success.
