Whatever industry you are in and whoever your target customer is, create the best possible product/service for that customer. No amount of marketing will turn a bad product/service into a big brand.

Use social media in order to connect with your potential customers. Start putting out content that provides value and entertains people. If you continue to give free value to people over and over again, when you finally make an offer for your product/service you will be surprised how many people will purchase from you vs a “bigger name” because you built trust and gave them so much free value.
