Leo Milcom discusses his experience in the Music Industry as A&R for GMR

Great Material Records LLC is an upcoming Record Label based out of Atlanta. We like to help artists achieve their goals and dreams in the industry as long as they have the mindset to do what they have to in order to be successful. Any moves we make is for the culture, not personal gain.

Being an A&R Manager for Great Material Records LLC has been a very fruitful and eye opening experience. I’ve met a lot of interesting and talented people all throughout the industry. As an A&R I look not only for talent, but for versatility in an artist. I look for artists who are able to not only make hip hop and sound like every other main stream artist but an artist that treats their music like it’s a unique art. The artists I’m currently managing not only are labeled under the “rap” genre but they also do R&B, some Soul, trap metal, etc.
