What Samit Patel Would Do If He Started His Career Over Again

What does your agency do?

We help businesses launch to market, specifically products and consumer electronics. In the five years since we started, we’ve worked with products like Mindset Headphones, Circadia sleep tracker and smart lamp, and a language app called Fluent Forever and helped raise over $31M for our clients.

If you could start over, what would you do differently?

I would get a job immediately after graduating, versus starting something of my own. I think this would’ve given me some good foundational skills that would have really supported my personal projects. It also would’ve allowed me to save some money to finance everything.

What accomplishments are you most proud of?

I’ve built a company from scratch, helped so many products finally launch to market, and have done lots of public speaking gigs. My goal is to inspire others, so it means a lot when someone tells me I’ve done that for them. That’s probably my favorite accomplishment.
