Marvel Studios is back with its most recent superhero movie, Captain America: Brave New World, directed by Julius Onah. Both reviewers and fans had mixed reactions to the film, which made its theatrical debut on February 14, 2025. Anthony Mackie fully assumes the position of Captain America by reprising his part as Sam Wilson, in keeping with Steve Rogers’ tradition. Storyline

The plot of the film revolves around Sam Wilson, the new Captain America, who works with the new president, Thaddeus Ross, to rebuild the Avengers. However, his life takes an intense turn when he discovers that someone wants to take the life of the president. Sam and his partner, Joaquin Torres, must uncover the true mastermind and stop the global chaos before it’s too late. Sam also grapples with his own insecurities as the new Captain America while mentoring the new Falcon, Joaquin Torres.

Captain America: Brave New World box office collection

The movie, which was out in February 2025, received positive reviews from reviewers but did poorly at the Indian box office. The film made Rs 4.3 crore on its first day of release. However, according to industry tracker Sacnilk, Captain America from Marvel made a total of Rs 6.89 crore worldwide.
