On January 21, Kiran Rao posted a photo of herself and her actor ex-husband Aamir Khan traveling by car with their kid Azad Khan.

Recently, Aamir Khan and his ex-wife Kiran Rao enjoyed a lovely time celebrating the marriage of their daughter Ira Khan to her longtime partner and personal trainer, Nupur Shikhare. A few days after being married, on January 21, Kiran posted a photo of herself, Aamir, and their son Azad Khan on social media, showing the three of them enjoying an exciting road trip.

Kiran Rao shared a photo of herself, her son Azad Khan, and her ex-husband, actor Aamir Khan, on Instagram Stories. They are seen smiling and posing together in the photo as they travel together. They were joined in the photo by a dog.

Kiran shared the photo and wrote, “road tripping with Sundari.”
Aamir chose to wear jeans and a fur jacket, while Kiran wore a beige sweater and green pants. Azad, their son, was dressed in blue t-shirt and pants.

Unfortunately, Kiran Rao’s health missed her from attending the reception, despite her full participation in all of Ira Khan and Nupur Shikhare’s previous wedding festivities.

After a 15-year marriage, Aamir Khan and Kiran Rao called it quits in 2021. “In these 15 beautiful years together we have shared a lifetime of experiences, joy and laughter, and our relationship has only grown in trust, respect and love,” Kiran Rao and Aamir said in a joint statement announcing their split.

“We would like to start a new chapter in our lives,” they said, adding, “not as husband and wife, but as co-parents and family for each other. We have been living apart for some time now, but we feel at ease enough to formally formalize our arrangement to live apart while still sharing our lives as an extended family.” They expressed their gratitude to friends and family for their continuous support and that they would keep co-parenting their son Azad.
