• Huawei has formally introduced their Pura 70 series smartphones to the global market.
  • With the release of the Pura 70, Pura 70 Pro, and Pura 70 Ultra models, the company’s flagship range enters a new phase.
  • Under a new brand name, these phones have updated designs and cutting-edge camera technology.
  • The Pura 70 Pro+ model, however, will only be offered in China.

Pura 70 series is powered by latest Kirin 9010 chipset

The most recent Kirin 9010 chipset, which is produced using SMIC’s cutting-edge 7nm process, powers the Pura 70 series.

Certain data regarding the capabilities of the chipset have not yet been disclosed by Huawei.

Nonetheless, it is anticipated to provide better CPU speed and cutting-edge AI functions, improving these devices’ overall usability.

Unique camera features define Pura 70 Series

The unique back camera system of the Pura 70 series, situated within a distinctive triangular island, is its most notable feature.

The Huawei Pura 70 basic model has three camera configurations: a 12MP periscope telephoto lens with a 5x optical zoom, a 13MP ultra-wide camera, and a 50MP primary camera with an adjustable aperture of f/1.4 to f/4.0.

The series stands out in the crowded smartphone market thanks to its unique style.

Pura 70 Pro and Ultra models offer enhanced camera capabilities

The Pura 70 Pro variant has an upgraded 12.5MP ultra-wide camera and a 48MP telephoto lens with 3.5x optical zoom. It still has the same primary camera as the normal model.

The Huawei Pura 70 Ultra, the top model, has a retractable lens on its 1-inch primary sensor to catch the best light possible without sacrificing the device’s svelte design.

Its variable aperture provides excellent low-light performance, ranging from f/1.6 to f/4.0.
