Earlier this week, Honor introduced the new Porsche Design Magic 6 RSR and the Magic 6 Ultimate in China, extending its Magic 6 line. It appears that the corporation is currently preparing to launch these new models in the Indian market. On X, HTech’s CEO Madhav Sheth asked fans what they would want to see Honor release next in India. He suggested the Porsche Design Magic 6 RSR or the Honor Magic 6 Ultimate Edition. The Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC from Qualcomm powers both phones, which also include a 5,600mAh battery that supports 66W wireless charging.

On Tuesday, March 19, Madhav Sheth hinted at the upcoming release of new Magic series phones in India. He asked people what their favorite smartphone that they would like to see released in India after posting pictures of the Honor Magic 6 Ultimate and Porsche Design Magic 6 RSR. He posed the question, “Which innovation are you most eager to see launch in India?” indicating that the business intended to introduce both or one of the two phones to the nation.

This week, Honor, a former Huawei subsidiary, debuted the Porsche Design Magic 6 RSR and Magic 6 Ultimate in China. The devices’ designs were influenced by Porsche’s racing cars. The only 24GB RAM + 1TB storage version of the former costs CNY 9,999 (about Rs. 1,15,200), while the 16GB RAM + 512GB storage option of the latter starts at CNY 6,999 (about Rs. 80,600).

The MagicOS 8.0 interface, which is based on Android 14, drives the 6.80-inch full-HD+ (1,280×2,800 pixels) LTPO OLED display on the Honor Porsche Design Magic 6 RSR and Magic 6 Ultimate. The display refreshes at a rate of 1Hz to 120Hz. Their 4nm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC powers them. They have three camera modules on their back, the most powerful of which is a 180-megapixel periscope telephoto camera with support for optical image stabilization (OIS) and a 100x digital zoom.

The Honor Porsche Design Magic 6 RSR and Magic 6 Ultimate have a 3D depth sensor in addition to a 50-megapixel wide-angle camera on the front. With capability for both 80W wired and 66W wireless charging, they contain a 5,600mAh battery.
