In March of this year, the low-cost smartphone Lava O2 was introduced in India. This device has an octa-core CPU and a 5,000mAh battery that can be charged quickly via a cable. Additionally, the phone has two rear camera units. The phone came with three color variations and a single RAM and storage combination when it was first released. Only two hues, though, were previously available for purchase in the nation. Right now, the third color choice for the Lava O2 is available.

Colors, cost, and availability of Lava O2 in India:

Three colorways of the Lava O2 are currently available: Royal Gold, Majestic Purple, and Imperial Green. Since late March, the phone has been on sale in the nation in the initial two color variants. The Royal Gold version is now officially available, according to an Amazon banner.

The phone costs Rs. 8,499 for the only 8GB + 128GB variant. The Royal Gold variant will be available on Amazon for Rs. 7,999 as part of the launch deal. It is also available for purchase on the Lava India website, though there are no deals there.

Features and specs of Lava O2:

A 6.5-inch HD+ (720×1,600 pixels) display with a refresh rate of 90 Hz is included on the Lava O2. It has an 8GB RAM and 128GB of inbuilt storage in addition to an octa-core Unisoc T616 SoC. Up to an extra 8GB or 16GB of RAM can be almost added. The phone comes with an OS built on Android 13.

The Lava O2 has two rear cameras: one with a 50-megapixel primary sensor and the other with an unknown AI-backed sensor. There is an 8-megapixel sensor on the front camera.

A 5,000mAh battery that supports 18W wired fast charging powers the Lava O2. In addition, the phone has USB Type-C, Bluetooth 5, GPRS, OTG, Wi-Fi, and 4G VoLTE connectivity. It also has a side-mounted fingerprint sensor and a 3.5mm audio jack. The handset weighs 200g and has dimensions of 165mm x 76.1mm x 8.7mm.
