The Magic6 RSR almost makes the 12GB/512GB Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra appear like a good deal on Amazon.com right now, with a launch price of 9,999 yuan ($1,389). However, the newly released Honour flagship smartphone boasts much more than just double the RAM and storage.

The gadget has the newest and maybe best triple back camera system from Honour, which consists of a 180MP periscope zoom lens and the H9800, a customised version of OmniVision’s most recent OV50K sensor.

A 6.8-inch 1.5K display with the newest 8T LTPO technology joins those high-end guns. With the exception of the innovative Dual-Layer Tandem processing technology, which is said to increase an OLED screen’s lifespan by a potentially considerable amount, the new Honour Magic6 Ultimate Edition has the same display.

Both the unique rear panel with the hexagonal camera accent and the Agate Grey or Frozen Berry hues given by Honor’s new Limited Edition partner Porsche Design are only available on the top-of-the-line RSR model.

However, the Ultimate Edition also makes a statement thanks to a unique square camera hump that has sweeping ridges along the length of its purple or black rear panels.

The 5,600mAh battery in both devices is identical to that of the OnePlus 12R and charges almost as fast both wirelessly and wiredly (66W and 80W, respectively).

With 16GB of RAM and 512GB of internal storage, the Ultimate Edition is also a reasonably priced alternative, with a starting price of 6,999 yuan (~$972). It is currently uncertain whether the Magic6 in Ultimate or RSR form will be available internationally.
